Become a Reading Partner
Our volunteers become so much more than just reading partners. By sharing their knowledge and experience, they become mentors, friends, and positive role models to the children they work with. Working one-on-one with a student is a fun, effective way to change a life鈥攎aybe even your own.
Volunteer as little as one hour a week.
Requirements:
- Be at least 14 years old
- Commit a minimum of one hour per week on a recurring schedule
- Most reading centers are open Monday-Thursday, 9am-聽5pm.
- Pass a background check
Share the love of reading
Every student enrolled in our program can take one book home after each tutoring session to build their own home library. To聽supply these books, we are always in need of age-appropriate, culturally relevant children’s books! There are two ways you can share the love of reading by donating books to 澳门真正最准的免费资料 students:
